Pakistani citizen Arif Mirza has filed an application in the Jabalpur High Court. Arif Mirza claims that his birth was done in Nagpur and he had acquired primary education in India. However, he went to Pakistan with his mother and he could not return due to visa problems.The Pakistani citizen claims that his mother was a daughter of the daughter of the son of Bhopal, the son of Hameedullah Khan. His grandmother was the birth of Rabia Sultan and died in Bhopal.

It is believed that the property of the last state of India, Bhopal, Hamidullah Khan's property is in conflict since the beginning. Manjoor Ali Khan Pattudi's mother Sajjad Sultan was also the daughter of the last Nawab of Bhopal. Mansoor Ali Khan's birth was also done in Bhopal. Nawab Hamidullah Khan's eldest daughter Abid Sultan went to Pakistan while distributing, due to which his younger daughter was entitled to Sajeda property. Nawab Mansoor Ali Khan Ptoudi was the son of Sajeda.
